A semi-personal note about the professional experiences behind GrowthWise, the support from buyers, and why suggestions can shape what gets built next.
GrowthWise Playbooks has become more meaningful to me because people are actually using the tools, asking questions, sharing what they need, and telling me what would make their work easier.
I have worked across therapy, clinical supervision, education, school counseling, and intervention-focused work. Those roles have given me a very practical view of professional tools: if something is too complicated to use during a real workday, it usually does not matter how impressive it looked when it was designed.
Buyer feedback is part of the build process
Some of the strongest GrowthWise ideas start with a real person saying, "I wish this did..." or "Do you have something for...?" I pay attention to those comments. A suggestion may become a feature, a resource, a blog post, or sometimes an entirely new product. You may even see an idea you submitted grow into something that other helping professionals can use.
The T.A.P.S. Club is personal, too
The T.A.P.S. Club will draw from my own professional experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor, educator, school counselor, and helping professional who knows what it is like to need practical support without another complicated system to manage.
I want GrowthWise to remain grounded in real work: the meeting that went long, the documentation still waiting at the end of the day, the student who needs follow-up, the supervisee who needs a better question, the leader who needs to send a clear message, and the professional who needs a tool that saves time instead of creating another job.
Thank you for helping shape it
The support, purchases, questions, and suggestions matter. GrowthWise is not finished - and that is part of the point. The goal is to keep improving the tools as the people using them show me what would make them more useful.
